Shiba Inu coin enters October with an 80% win rate after an anomalous +39.3% Q3 pump and a technical breakout from a two-year slump.

Bitcoin above $86,000 is pulling the market higher, but the spotlight is now on Shiba Inu. SHIB is heading into October —historically its strongest month — in unusually strong form.
The idea that investors have finally reached “that month” could become the week’s main talking point, and it has a solid mathematical foundation based on the price data by CryptoRank.
It began with SHIB just closing the third quarter up 39.3%. For this time of year, that result is an anomaly: the token usually falls in Q3. Three consecutive months of gains have given the coin a price foothold it has not had since its historic 2021 rally.
But investor expectations hide a trap. Everyone is looking at October’s average return of 167.5%, forgetting that the figure was skewed by the coin’s staggering 833% surge in 2021. October’s median return is far more modest, at 6.04%.
For speculators, however, another detail matters: October’s historical win rate stands at an impressive 80%. In all the recorded data, this memecoin has closed the month in the red only once, making October its most consistent period for price gains.
SHIB is currently trading at $0.0000058569, with a market capitalization of $3.45 billion, up 6.73% over the week. TradingView charts show a clear reversal: the token found a bottom at a market cap of $2.21 billion, broke out of a two-year-old descending wedge, and formed a “double bottom.”
The weekly RSI, at 52.28, has produced two bullish divergences, confirming that the coin is being aggressively accumulated.
For the rally to officially begin, buyers need to break through the local resistance at $0.00000626. Beyond that, the path is clear toward the strategic target of $0.00000950–$0.00001100.
Important developments are also taking place behind the scenes. Over the past seven days, the volume of large transactions — those worth at least $100,000 — has jumped 14.8%. Whales are moving coins off exchanges and into cold wallets, creating a supply squeeze.
October 2025 could indeed be a turning point. But not because of blind hype: the token is making a measured exit from a two-year slumber.
There are two main risks: Bitcoin could abruptly reverse course, and medium-term traders could start taking profits as soon as SHIB reaches its first resistance levels.
